Hay Furniture and Lighting products have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Hay Accessories do not have a warranty period.
If you received a faulty item, please contact our team within a reasonable amount of time after you become aware of the problem. Under no circumstances will we accept claims concerning problems or shortcoming in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.
To ensure we solve your case as best as possible, our complaints department require photographs as documentation for your claim.
Claims will not be processed for any Hay Accessory items.
Natural materials, such as timber or marble, may contain variations in grain, colour and texture. These slight discrepancies will not be considered a fault, and as such will not be treated as a claim.
